“Erm.... I don't yet have the product. Was emailed to say I can't have the particular one as it was for professional use only. I asked for refund and would have another look when I had time. Then got another email to say it was despatched. However to date I have neither product nor refund. Can't reorder till I have refund.”

“My first contact with Progreen for advice on weed control prior to laying out a gravelled forecourt. Response from the Company was prompt, the advice good and the suggested product seems perfect for the job. My only criticism is the P&P cost, which was 20% on top of the product.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you are happy with our service and the product we recommended for you. With regard to the delivery charge, we have to abide by regulations for transport of products of this type. Due to the nature of the product you ordered - it is delivered using a registered ADR courier and it cannot be carried by Royal Mail or other non ADR courier firms. Unfortunately the charges for regulated ADR carriers are higher. Kind regards The ProGreen Team
