“Progreen themselves are OK but they use UPS to deliver. UPS are so difficult to. deal with if you need to change a delivery slot - It took me over an hour. Progreen, if you read this then please consider your customers and try to find a better delivery partner”

Thank you Michael, we always appreciate feedback and we will certainly have a chat with UPS about this. We are often restricted on the couriers we can use as many of our products are ADR and have to go by a specially registered courier as a legal requirement. Unfortunately this does limit our choice but we do use a number of other operators. Generally we receive a good level of service from UPS and we will always give them feedback when they fail. UPS are continually looking to develop their service. Sorry in this instance it wasn't up to the standard we would expect. “very clear and easy to use website, went straight to the part I needed and was delivered as promised, will be using you again if I need more parts for my 40 plus year old cooper Peglar sprayer. The diaphragm purchased was the first part I have ever bought for this machine and there was still some life left in the old one, I hope the new models are as good. S.P.H.”

“Algoclear Pro we have used on our tennis courts annually for a few years. This has given us a good non-slip playing surface. Because of the extremely wet winter we have just had we are going to have to re-treat part of three courts because the moss has grown back. I stress this is the first time this has happened so still have confidence in the product.”
