“Terrible. I paid and sent off my soil several weeks ago. I contacted them and asked where my results were. They replied to say they were delayed and they’d look into it. More than a week later I’ve heard nothing. Disgraceful. Refund please.”

“Customer Service was responsive and efficient when I modified my order mid stream. The equipment I ordered was delivered promptly although I had to telephone to find out that it was to be delivered by two different couriers. The weather has been so bad that I haven't yet been able to test the equipement. Assembly was not difficult.”
