“I had my initial assessment with Dr Sharma. The assessment was long and extremely difficult for me and very emotional but thankfully Dr Sharma was very professional and so understanding, she was great. Dr Sharma was able to refer me for the therapy I needed which started the same week. Within a few weeks of meeting with Dr Sharma and undergoing my treatment with Luiza I was given a diagnosis. I am currently undergoing DBT treatment with Luiza which is thankfully improving my health. The advice, talking and strategies louiza is giving me are really helping me to cope with every day life and helping me to understand myself and notice my own behaviours and emotions clearer. Luiza is great and I can’t Thank her enough for all of her help and ongoing support. Without reaching out to the clinic and all of Luizas help, support and understanding I dread to think where my life would be now. The staff are brilliant and the payment process takes so much pressure off me as it’s one less thing to worry about. Payments are automatically taken from my bank. I believe the price to be very reasonable also. Communicating has been good as its very flexible contact can be made via WhatsApp,text,call,email. Appointments are through the video link system which has been great also very clear. I would highly recommend the clinic.”

“Checked with the company first if they could diagnose a child of 5. Received conformation they could. Paid the fee. Unethical to diagnose under 6 was result. Not Unethical to take my money, then ask for another £900 to ensure a possibility of a diagnosis. Report had loads of errors in, promised to send updated version, never received it.”

Prior to the assessment, it was confirmed that the condition you sought help for can be diagnosed from the age of 5. However, as part of our clinical process, we take a cautious approach when assessing younger children, as diagnoses at this age require careful consideration. In this case, additional factors, including the child's background, were taken into account. Based on clinical judgment, it was determined that addressing other concerns first would be the most appropriate course of action before confirming the diagnosis your child was assessed for. The report did contain an identified error, which was acknowledged and a corrected version was promised. “Face to face practitioner was ill prepared, didn't introduce herself and had no skills in interacting with children. Called several times to complain, no-one answered phone and no one responded to messages.”

“I saw Dr. Daniela Herescu via video call during one of the hardest times in my life after being completely let down by my own GP and local health services. She understood my situation in a very compassionate manner. She offered me a perscription and this allowed me to have a very important operation that without there was no way mentally I could have gone through. There are no words to describe my gratitude for finding her at this time in my life and I am now recovering well from my surgery. All email communication with the admin team was prompt and caring as welll”

“I recommend Luiza. She is helping me immensely, with compassion, understanding and wisdom, but also by giving me tangible strategies to actually truly make the changes I’m looking for within myself.
