I have been seeing Christina for therapy and have found her work incredibly helpful. She really listens in a professional and non judgemental way and her ability to validate my feelings in an unbiased way created a safe space. She was also able to suggest methods to help me achieve my goals. I would definitely recommend and have recommended her to friends.

I was actually a bit concerned with some of the bad reviews, but I took a chance and I was not disappointed. From El, the receptionist, being the most caring, patient and attentive person I met in a while to Dr Herebu, who listen, empathise and helped me get through a difficult time. As well Anduena who promptly answered all my doubts. I feel reassured and supported by every member of this clinic I have interacted with and would recommend it anyday! Thank you for everything and your continuous good work!

I wish I had reached out to Saskia sooner. She has helped me tremendously with managing my OCD, she's a true professional and has an amazing understanding of the disorder. I've had a pleasure of working with her for almost one year and through that year she has helped me at building a great understanding of the nature of my OCD and learning tons of different techniques to manage it and not let it affect my life in any major way. I am extremely grateful to Saskia, and I would recommend her to anyone suffering from OCD.

Working with Dina has already been the most useful therapy I have ever had, from a young age I had horrible experiences receiving therapy with the NHS. I am glad I decided to try private therapy. Dina has helped me to identify and name the real issues regarding my mental health, and The Private Therapy Clinic has supported me to get an accurate diagnosis and medication, after Dina advised me I may want to get my diagnosis and medication looked at again with a psychiatrist. I have noticed a big difference in my quality of life due to both the medication change recommended by The Private Therapy Clinic and the time spent in sessions with Dina's support. Dina has offered a compassionate, non-judgemental approach, and has brought words to things I had been feeling for a long time. For example, I had long felt that my problems with binge eating and patterns with unhealthy relationships were like addictions, but I believed that no one else would see it this way. Dina did, before I even vocalised that this was how I had been feeling, and she recommended useful resources to learn more alongside our therapy sessions. Slowly but surely, positive changes have begun to creep into my life - I have noticed an improvement in my self esteem, in self discipline, and in the way I think about things. I am hopeful that with Dina's support these positive changes will continue.

Izzy has been an incredible source of support. She is patient, understanding, and creates a space where I feel comfortable to be open and share my experiences. Her thoughtful guidance has helped me gain clarity and better navigate the challenges I’ve faced. I’m very grateful for the progress I’ve made with her help.

No way can they conduct an accurate assessment in 1 short appointment. All evidence and opinions by other agencies and doctors were ignored. It was a short irrelevant conversation, putting the child on the spot who barely said a word. The assessor had no patience or compassion for my child who didn't want to be alone with her. Infact she threatened to cancel the assessment because of this. Terrible experience.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We value all concerns and want to address inaccuracies in this review to clarify our assessment process. Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments follow a detailed 5-step process: 1. Online parent interview using the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), a validated diagnostic tool. 2. Questionnaire input from your child’s school to gather insights on their behavior. 3. Referral information from other agencies or healthcare professionals, such as the NHS trust. 4. Direct assessment with your child using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). 5. Multidisciplinary team discussion (MDT) with experts, including a Consultant Psychiatrist, to review all evidence and determine a diagnosis or alternative explanation. In your case, we reviewed all referral information, school input, and observations during the ADOS session. Our MDT concluded that an alternative explanation better fit your child’s difficulties than an ASD diagnosis. Regarding the ADOS session: - Module 4 was used due to your child’s age, which typically excludes parents. However, we made an exception to accommodate their needs. - The practitioner conducted the session professionally, despite your child’s reluctance to engage. While disengagement may shorten assessments, it does not compromise accuracy, as all evidence is equally considered. We understand the outcome may have been disappointing, but every piece of evidence was thoroughly reviewed. Please reach out directly if you would like further clarification.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and polite. They put not only myself but my child at ease and talked about how they were going to conduct their assessment talking us through all and answering questions we had. Overall I’d definitely recommend and I can’t thank them enough

We ended up useing this pathway after being on the NHS pathway for over the recommend wait time. Fabulous service, appointment times were quick and report was sent within 4 weeks of appointment so turn around was very prompt. Always recommend the service to others. Only thing I will say is it's not easy to find and some more signs out the front wouldvgreatly improved this.

Saskia has been so incredibly helpful and supportive in my journey. I can’t praise her highly enough. When I first started therapy, I was in a very dark place. I struggle with harm OCD and contamination OCD (and I have several comorbid conditions such as autism, ADHD, PTSD, GAD to name a few). Before I found Saskia I was struggling to cope - I’d phoned the NHS crisis team several times the previous month and had cried and begged them to hospitalise me for my harm OCD (which wasn’t diagnosed at the time). My family didn’t know what to do and neither did I. I found Private Therapy Clinic online and got formally diagnosed by one of their psychiatrists. The clinic then recommend Saskia as my therapist. From the moment I met Saskia she put me at ease - a significant achievement given my social anxiety and ASD! Saskia is by far the best therapist I’ve ever worked with - and I’ve seen at least 10 other therapists (both private and NHS) over the past 20 years. For the first time, I’ve been able to open up about my intrusive thoughts and my history without fear of judgment. Saskia is incredibly compassionate and empathetic, and she really understands OCD. Her holistic approach is also excellent. She is able to tailor her techniques to my neurodivergence, past trauma, and even my chronic health conditions, so my therapy always feels manageable. With Saskia’s guidance and support my OCD (and therefore my life!) has improved dramatically - to the point that there are days I don’t even think about it, and when it flares I know I have coping mechanisms, thanks to Saskia. If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, skilled, and adaptable therapist, Saskia is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel safe. Plus, she’s a genuinely lovely person. I will always be grateful for the help she’s given me. Thank you Saskia.

My sessions with Tara have completely changed my life. And they have undoubtedly prolonged my life. I will be eternally grateful. Things have been rough for me, year after year, but I can honestly say that my sessions with Tara every week are the main reason that I've been able to get through the darkest of dark moments! She provides great advice and is patient even when I find it difficult to do what she suggested. I've been seeing Tara for a few years now (on and off) and in that time, I've dealt with a range of issues (incl depression, grief, suicidal thoughts, eating disorder and severe health challenges). I don't know how, but Tara remembers EVERYTHING and approaches each session which a great deal of care and compassion, providing a safe place for me to open up and get the help that I need. She even goes out of her way to research things and make recommendations to help me get through difficult situations. I can't say thank you enough and would confidently recommend Tara to anyone that needs therapy.

I had the QB Check completed by Edward Fisher. From the beginning of the process PTC have been great, from booking the appointment to having the QB Check completed. Edward is very knowledagble and he was able to explain everything to me very clearly so I could understand more about the QB Check. He was also thorough with the results and explained what it all meant to me. He was able to answer all the questions which I had and made me feel very comfortable. Will be booking in for a full ADHD assessment soon.
