“Always accessible, friendly, personal service, extremely quick to provide information, very responsive. Two mildly problematic things that may or may not have been due to Private Finance - I couldn't tell where the problem lay so forgive me if not relevant: (1) I received a letter from the mortgage provider to say my application had been cancelled because they hadn't received some documents in time (alarming, but swiftly rectified!); (2) the fact that my house is a listed building was specifically discussed but was left off the house insurance documentation, until I spotted it and called up to rectify.”

“Professional, helpful, creative, supporting, strategic. Private Finance helped us get two mortgages on two different properties. Our circumstances were complicated and others were not overly helpful and even made us feel unworthy. Thank you Private Finance for your time, patience and understanding. We are now living on a dream property and have managed to remortgage our previous property so that we were able to have an investment property to boot. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Private Finance helped me get a mortgage on a flat where other potential purchasers (using another broker tied to the selling agent) had failed - but from the same provider. Their fee was also lower than that of the other broker. They were friendly but professional throughout; I recommend them and will use them again myself if I need another mortgage.”

“We have used Martin Brady at Private Finance twice now, the first to gain excellent advice when arranging our first mortgage and since then to remortgage. On both occasions we were given accurate and informative advice with no pressure to commit. We were kept up-to-date throughout the process via e-mail and if needed telephone conversations. I would have no reservations in highly recommending Martin Brady to others.”
