“Simon did a great job of finding mortgages for the amount and terms I wanted. The paperwork was largely done by email which saved me an awful lot of lugging stacks of documents to a bank. And it all proceeded much, much more quickly than when I previously went directly to lenders. It was great to have a knowledgeable advisor and ally in the process.”

“Having had two aborted B2L transactions over the last 12 months, I entered the third with a degree of scepticism! However, Ryan Garbett and Chloe Leavesley once again provided an excellent service. Ryan's negotiation with the lender in order to ensure that I was able to 'port a live offer' from one property to the next simplified matters considerably. Sadly it did not expedite matters as we thought but delays to what should have been a simple transaction were caused by the vendor's legal team! Ryan has got to know me pretty well over the last couple of years and as we head towards first re-negotiation of a fixed rate deal, I am hoping he will again come up trumps and get me the best deal possible. Thank you to him and Chloe. I now go in search of the next one.......”

“In this day and age getting a mortgage is hard enough add to this working a full time job!! “I have dealt with Private Finance for nearly a decade now. When I have needed to know what is realistic/achievable mortgage-wise, they provide clear, sensible advice - I don't have time to do all the leg-work, I just want a solution: and they provide it.
