Absymal,damaged product and no offer of a refund only a replacement which is is not appropriate now that Christmas has passed. Sadly, i had to get my 81 year old father a replacement present from elsewhere. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the abysmal service you provide.

Poor customer service, I ordered 5 photo calendars at the towards the end of November 2023. By the middle of December they had still not been delivered, I emailed customer service twice. They just repeated what I put in my email. Eventually I called them, this time they said they would have them reprinted and issued a second time. Eventually they arrived just before Christmas, as they were late arriving I had to post them to my relatives as they were gifts and was to late to hand them over personally. I would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend as you can see the picture or writing before you put the hot water in I have purchased before from other companies, and this was never an issue

All the reviews on here seem to state a speedy service but 16 days later, I’ve yet to hear that my order has even been despatched! Very disappointing.

I'm devastated. It should have had a picture and message on and I've received two solid black mugs. These were Christmas presents!, I'm so upset.

Hi Margaret, you ordered two of our heat-sensitive magic mugs. These appear black when cold, but if you add hot water the photo & text will magically appear! I'm sorry if this wasn't clear when you ordered, but give it a go and let us know if you have any further questions. Best, Rob

Really poor quality printing onto the mug. Not clear and looks cheap. Over priced for what your get.

Won't be using this useless company again. Didn't send me my gift box then when I asked for a refund you didn't even refund me the correct amount.

While the full price of the gift box is £1.50, you used a 5% discount code at checkout bringing it down to £1.43. I purchased two pairs of flip flops. Womens 4-6 very very small fitting I'm a 4.5 and only just fit so I bet they don't fit my friend who is a size 6. One of the printed faces is hardly showing on one of the flip flops. For the price I'd have expected better and the packaging no good. The smell of the flip flops are awful aswell. I am disappointed 😞

Received the face mask today, not very pleased with it. It’s too dark and unable to see the face. I’ve used this website for many years, but this time was disappointing. The other problem was, we could see a preview of the order, which didn’t help! The e won’t be able to use these masks, so it’s a waist of money 🥺

Customisable T-Shirt, poor quality print on red background....the white print on the red cloth did not show ....it looks very cheap and as though the item had been washed several hundred times prior. I would definately not reorder, or recommend. Beware!
