“The product is great just disappointed as payment got declined, so I thought that the order didnt go through, so I ordered another one than without me knowing I got charged for two when my payment was declined. Called them and they said that there was noth8ng that they can do, so very disappointing as the first payment got declined thought that they could have done something about it”

“Used the same image from the same computer as my friend, but the image on my T-shirt compared to hers was blurry. Can’t understand how this can happen? Type on my T-shirt was more faded than hers too, we had the same colour, the same image, the same computer. No offer of a refund/part refund even though comparison pictures were sent. Only explanation given was my image had less resolution, which frankly can’t be true. Reason for faded type face “it’s hard to say “. Conclusion: it’s a lottery what you will receive.”

“No QC or ability to check easily to what you're ordering at point of sale. I had issues with what was printed and a dispute between Printster and myself on the responsibility for it. There was a clear error and should have been quality controlled before it was printed. Otherwise it's an efficient service.”

“I was looking forward to receiving the socks I ordered with my dog on for a gift. Upon receiving them I was disappointed to find the picture had been cropped that much my dog looked like another breed! Won’t be ordering from them again or recommending them as they have stated nothing can be done about it.”

“Surprisingly poor quality of print on a custom photo mug. I contacted support who asked me to send a photo which I did but the response received was that the custom mug was "the best result we can get". I've ordered printed mugs from other companies in the past and the quality has been the same as a printed out photo. No offer of good will or offer of return via returns process. Was due to give it as a gift but it's too low quality for this. Disappointed in how the company handled the issue.”

“My item wasn't cropped correctly or centred properly. I filled out the online form a week ago to complain and I have been ignored! I have had to get a print from another store instead which got it correct first time. This was my first time using these and will not be using them again or I wouldn't recommend them to anybody else!”

“Ordered. Was told 11/12/24 it has not come again today. The tracking number does not work. In the contact form it said how would you like to be contacted. I said phone. They email. Bad service.”
