Order placed and then asked me to check if details are correct … unfortunately no way to can check if the details you have submitted are correct - just takes you to the option of submitting a new order !

Didn’t get an order confirmation for a few days, ordered about two weeks ago now, no sign of the parcel at all.

My parcel took over 10 working days to arrive. I was told over email that if it did not arrive in 10 working days, I would receive a full refund. They, however, went back on their word and will now not give me a full refund.

Hi, thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your order took so long to arrive, but we have been experiencing significant delays to the delivery of our orders due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes. The 10 working days window allows us to class the order as lost with Royal Mail, but as there was an update to your order tracking showing that the parcel was on its way, we cannot then claim for this from Royal Mail. I can see that my colleague did give you a partial refund & a shipping refund, and can only extend my apologies as well and hope that you'll give us another chance in the future. Best, Rob

I ordered a item at the end of November got it on the 19 th December took to long postal strike or not it took to look really disappointed how long it took I won’t be ordering anything from here again and will not recommend this site to anyone.

I just want to say how discusted I am wih the product I purchased from you. I understand that I did not spend a lot of money, but to be honest I could of done a better job by hand painting it myself. The words are only on one side of the mug which is fine if they are on the correct side of the mug. If you are not going to print the words on one side of the mug the least you can do is ask the question if you need right or left hand mugs. I now have a mug with the words that face the drinker and plan white on the other side so it looks like an old canteen mug. What should of been a lovely thoughtful gift (albeit cheapish) is in fact a disgrace and unusable as a gift. Absolutely discusted with this simple gift that a toddler could have done better. Maybe I will give them a go next time. Please do not bother to respond to this message, I am not interested as it is to late to do anything about it and I have had to purchase something else.

Our message mugs have 2 text boxes on the product page so that you can have a separate message either side - something our customers have requested. If you wish to have the same message on both, this needs to be entered in both boxes. We also provide a 'preview your design' button so you can see the font & text colour, as well as how this would look on the mug. The products might arrive with random marks, not on the original image. I sent a very clean image of my artwork. After printing there are random printed marks on each coaster. And these marks are on different places on each coaster! I even checked and rechecked my artwork after receiving the order and thought maybe it was an issue in the pattern. But it is not! Very disappointed.

Extremely poor service delivery took 2 weeks and even that they didn't followed instructions for postage.I asked where my item was and they said I have to chase with royal mail directly. Wouldn't order again. Item still not recieved.

I can see we were in contact and confirmed delivery address etc, the next step when orders are delayed is to contact Royal Mail directly as we are not able to. We have purchased a printed mug and the printing has pilled off after half a year of use. Have contacted the company but they say they only do '30 day guarantee' for products. Won't use this company again.
