“I ordered a photo-mug late on a Saturday evening but requested cancellation the same evening when I realised the photo would be smaller than I wanted. I didn't get a response until 1.30 on the Monday afternoon, when I was informed that my e-mail had not been read in time to stop the mug from going into production. I thought this was poor customer service and won't use the company again, but the photo-mug was well made so in fairness I've given three stars.”
