“Ordered 2 mugs, one of the mugs was wrong, It seems it was mixed up with another order. Contacted Printster and was promptly sent correct mug within 2 days. Apart from the mix up, no complaints.”

“Overall mug was as designed and of a good quality print. The only down side was the heat change overlay was quite thin, meaning you could see the design underneath. Otherwise would be 5*”

“Printster UK are an excellent company to deal with. I ordered personalised Christmas wrapping paper and I had problems as the photo I submitted proved too large for the limits imposed by the wrapping paper design. So I rang the helpline and had numerous but exceptionally pleasant conversations with Charlotte a delightful and extremely pleasant young lady.Charlotte had a conversation with one of the Printster designers who managed to make my photos fit the design aperture. I can’t recommend Charlotte and her designer colleague enough for the trouble they went to help me. Excellent service!! Thank you Tony”

“Poor customer service, I ordered 5 photo calendars at the towards the end of November 2023. By the middle of December they had still not been delivered, I emailed customer service twice. They just repeated what I put in my email. Eventually I called them, this time they said they would have them reprinted and issued a second time. Eventually they arrived just before Christmas, as they were late arriving I had to post them to my relatives as they were gifts and was to late to hand them over personally. I would not recommend this company.”

“I loved them mug and coaster that I bought for my friends for their Christmas presents. However I ordered a gift box for both the mug and coaster. When delivered, there was no gift box for either of them so I messaged customer service for the boxes as I needed them. The customer service from one of the employees was great as reply was quick and she stated that she has sent the gift boxes to me. When the boxes arrived I had two mug gift boxes and no coaster box which was frustrating as the picture of the coaster box on the website looked nice. I ended up having to go to a shop to buy a nice box that the coaster would fit in. The products were great and delivered quickly but unsure if ide order again due to the problems experienced.”
