Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have had a look at your order and unfortunately this does look to have been Lost with the courier, apologies this has happened. I can see no confirmation that you did receive the order and can see you got in touch with us previously but we had to wait for the timeframe to elapse. I sent an email stating that the chocolates that i paid extra for to go inside the mug were mouldy, they were all white and looked like they had melted and reset. the chocolates were old. Disappointed when sent as a gift. would like some response regarding this . as email already sent regarding this issue.

Bought the personalised mouse pad and was very happy when it arrived as it looked great. The problem is I cannot use it at all as it smells so badly. Smells like I’m in a tire production factory. It’s unbearable & fumes so bad its causing headaches. I’ve left it outdoors to air for 2 days and after bringing it in each time, an hour after it’s been back inside the whole room smells. Very disappointed I can’t use it

I ordered 7 masks on 25th January for my nieces 18th Birthday expecting them to arrive on time. I emailed on the 2nd February to chase the delivery up only to be told that there was a “technical” issue and they had been delayed. I understand that these things happen but perhaps, as good practice it might be a good idea to let customers know so they can go elsewhere. It’s the birthday party tomorrow so now I have no masks and it’s too late to order anymore. Terrible customer service and I would avoid,

I ordered personalised birthday paper and matching birthday card…1 week later chased order to find out it hadn’t even been dispatched despite receiving an e mail saying it had!! Very angry as now it’s too late to re order from someone else…..got refunded, but I’d rather have had goods..

BOUGHT 2 FLEECE BLANKETS AND BOTH WRITINGS WERE BACK TO FRONT - I NEVER LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS , HOWEVER , I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS SHOWING THE EMBARRASMENT OF GIVING THESE AS CHRISTMAS GIFT AND HAVE HAD NO REPONSE

turned up after Christmas when delivery was supposed to arrive well before on the 16th. item turn up incorrect!! I specifically made a note if it couldn't be done for them to contact me.. I have emailed to ask why its incorrect and I have had no response! poor service.

My mug arrived smashed was a Christmas gift.it was poorly packaged in tiny bit of bubble wrap and box that was to big where was polystyrene so totally company fault sent photo I don't normally leave bad reviews but this warranted due to way it was shipped
