“I was supplied with incorrect sets of printer cartridges in August this year. I discovered this when I tried to change the black cartridge a few days ago I have written to complain to Printer Ink Direct via their email address and via their on-line form. I have yet to get a response. I reordered the same sets from them last week and they duly arrived on time and correct for my printer. What a same their after sales care is so poor.”

“They sent my order to my billing address in the US I emailed customer care three times and told them the ink was being sent to the incorrect address. nothing !!!!! No ink !no refund !no response !to my email Nada !!!!!! And to add insult to injury they charged me more for shipping than the ink 🤔”

“I ordered printer inks, on 14th November 2021, for my Pixma Canon IP3600, and ordered 'Compatible Canon Pixma MG5350 Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack' that does not appear compatible. The message on my PC, read, the ink cartridges are not recognised, please install correctly, or, not compatible. If you could supply me with a postal address, I can send it back, and if you would exchange them, for compatible inks.”

But when my printer started showing an error I contacted Cannon and they would not cover it as compatible inks were used in the printer. The brand new printer is now junk. “Absolutely shocking. Avoid. I have complained and tried to contact this company multiple times as my printer cartridge is of very poor quality. I have received no response to emails and contacting the company via the website. This leaves me out of pocket for a poor quality cartridge and very frustrated by the terrible customer service. Would NOT use again.”
