“My order has still not arrived weeks later and I cannot get a response from the company. There is no tracking number or courier information. Exceptionally bad service. Do not order from here!”

“The ink received was not as advertised it wasn’t compatible with my printer, (Epson XP 332) I checked the order I had ordered correctly, once I realised which was the same day I received it I emailed printer ink direct I am still awaiting a response”

“Extremely poor customer service, completely lacking any response from my emails and via the website's Chat messenger. Sent the wrong item, and it was faulty - 5 months later still no response, and have had to open a dispute case via Paypal in order to finally get a refund.”

“I received my order, but it was incorrect, sent a message asking for the right one. At first had a reply but then no response whatsoever. Tried emails about 3 times which were all ignored. Don’t buy from this company!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would Item sent as wrong for my printer tried to contact on numerous occasions no reply what so ever. Had to report an issue to PayPal They take your money and then no customer care at all Would rather pay over the odds in the future”

“Totally disappointed with this company ... ordered some replacement ink cartridges and received the wrong items ... have tried to contact them via email, chat line and Facebook page and have had no reply at all.... stuck with some cartridges we cannot use and have no contact at all with regards to sending them back for replacements or a refund. Having read previous reviews we would have not used this company based on other customer complaints ... the same situation as we are in... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want to lose money and get the wrong items .... still waiting for them to respond !!!!!!”

“I made an order for a load of ink and none of it works with my Epsom printer. When making the order it stated it was compatible. Now normally i would not get frustrated and write a poor review but after 2 emails to the company and no acknowledgement whatsoever this company must be a scam. I highly recommend not to make any orders from them as their customer service is non-existent and there is no contact number to call them. Highly frustrating and disappointing.”

“Very poor service. Toners did not arrive next day as paid for, then courier did not deliver next day even though we were on site. When they delivered the following day and opened, one of the cartridges in the set is not even compatible with our printer (others are). Incurred cost with getting printing done professionally. Been struggling to get hold of company as there is no number to call and they have not responded to various emails. Very, very disappointed and out of pocket too.”

“Received incorrect ink. Emailed the company on 2 occasions, however they failed to respond. I then used messanger, which they replied to say they would check the item I received. I contacted them again for an update, however they are again failing to respond. Very poor way to deal with customers. I am now wishing I had looked at their reviews prior to purchasing ink. Waiting for paypal to investigate my complaint. Avoid!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered Monday, expected it Tuesday as I paid extra for a quicker delivery. Email Printer ink direct with query on delivery....No Response At All. I had an email from DPD with delivery details, which did not materialise. Another email from DPD the next day. Altogether I sent 3 emails to Printer ink direct and even if all the delay was with DPD I didn't receive any curtesy reply to any of my emails in which explained I used the express delivery as I had legal papers to print off and get signed and had caused me a lot of stress and distress. I found an alternative way to print them off, no thanks to Printer ink direct. My delivery arrived Thursday. Disgusting customer service. Very poor delivery service. I will never use them again, and you're best looking for another company who may value your custom. I'm not a complainer but this needs to be spoken about. If it's urgent use someone else.”
