“Do not order from this company. I ordered a replacement cartridge which was supposed to be compatible with my printer according to printerinkdirect web site but when I fitted it the cartridge was not compatible. I contacted the sales e mail and this has been ignored”

“The cartridge I received was not compliant with my printer despite the claim that it would be. I have written three times to the company to ask if I can return or change this, but have had no reply so far. After so many days have passed, I would have at least expected an acknowledgement of my problem.”

“The inks took nearly a month to arrive. No response to emails. Would not recommend in any way. Ordered from another well known company and received in three days. Definitely do not order from this company. Totally useless.”

“I followed the instructions supplied with the "Compatible" ink cartridges and they are useless, two of them leaked on installation and every time I switch my printer on it rejects them rendering them unusable, a total waste of time, effort and money.”

“I ordered two cartridges from this company. One worked and one didn't. I wrote to the company asking for a replacement cartridge or a refund. I have no problem returning the broken cartridge. I have written twice, but nobody has got back to me. Therefore, I would strongly advise you not to purchase a printer cartridge from this company.”

“I contacted FOUR times over weeks by email and web page chat to say the 'compatible ink' wasn't up to my needs. Still waiting for a reply?! I fired a warning shot when they asked for a review - still no communication back. Good luck if buying from this company customer relations is not a thing at all.”

“Ordered on a Sunday and paid £4.99 extra for guaranteed next day delivery so expected delivery would be Tuesday morning. I received nothing on Tuesday so emailed PrinterInk direct in the evening asking them what had happened, did not receive a reply to my email or any refund for the wasted extra £4.99. Received the ink cartridges Wednesday afternoon, 3 full days from my initial order. Sent them another email yesterday, again I have received no reply.”
