“No way to get in touch with anyone at this company and received the product two months after ordering, which by this time I had ordered from another vendor. I would never recommend ordering from them. They are cheaper for a reason.”

“The ink cartridge arrived nearly 6 weeks after the order was placed. They didn't respond to emails or contact forms. Cancelled the order and went through PayPal for a refund. Ordered from a different supplier and it was delivered in 2 days. Then guess what? It turns up! Paypal cancelled my refund. I'm not even going to try and contact them to return it. Complete waste of my time and effort.”

“When the Ink cartridge fitted in to printer it failed to be recognised, so consequently did not work. Writing to the company for further advice, we have nil response. All previous inks supplied by other companies have worked perfectly. Very poor.”

“This company is the worst I have dealt with for delivery times and there is zero customer services. I DO NOT CARE HOW CHEAP THE INK. I will never order from here again! “I gave an order paid for cartridges, never arrived I sent emails, had a chat to robot no answer from company. Finally had to cancel order and ask for money back from CREDIT CARD company. I am in spain at moment then after 4 weeks sent the order to an empty house. You should all be aware of this bad company.”

“They have no customer service online or telephone. They don’t even have an address anymore and the products are faulty. The return policy says you have to CALL them before you can return anything, yet there is no working phone number! Two days after delivery PayPal refunded me and now this company has sent me this link for a review!!!!”
