“Our delivery arrived yesterday and we're thrilled with our bags. Harry made the whole process very easy from start to finish. He was professional and friendly and ensured that my queries were answered quickly and that our preferred branding/logo was well-placed and well-reproduced on our items. “We have received fantastic support from Harry. He checked stock to make sure what we wanted would be available by the time we needed it. He's also confirmed delivery dates and alleviated all of my anxiety about our items getting to us in time. I have very much appreciated his ongoing and customer-focused support. “The prices were cheaper than other places and Steve our account manager reverted quickly to our emails and turned our order around rapidly for us which was great. We had an issue with the order and how it was dealt with didn't really impress me but I will know to check all the paperwork and ensure it is 150% correct next time before giving the go ahead.”
