“Very Happy with the Pens that we ( U3A Syston ) ordered, Thanks to Spencer ( Matthew ) Account Manager for his help and guidance in get the artwork set up & processed. Delivery was on the day that Spencer told us it would be - right on time. It was very pleasant to work with Spencer, hope to work with him again.”

“Incredible service by Spencer! We had such a tight turnaround, worked to a tight budget and a limited quantity of footballs but Spencer did absolutely everything to make sure our order was successful and arrived on time. Couldn't be more impressed by the service and the lengths he went to to help us out!”

“Marcus provided excellent service. We ordered some custom pens and in the first batch we received, the paint was coming off. However Marcus quickly contacted the supplier and was able to get a replacement sent out to arrive before our deadline. The new pens look great, thank you.”
