“We were meant to accept delivery of 72 hug mugs 10 days ago. I emailed 3 days after not receiving them and did not receive a response, so called the next day and I was told that I would receive a call back to update me. No call back. I called again this Monday a week after expected delivery, I was once again told to expect a call back. Again, no call. I called again that evening and was told I would receive an email in 5 minutes to update me. No email. I was very unhappy by this point and wrote an email asking to hear from the company by 10am the next day. No contact was made, so I had to call again. This time I spoke to the manager who told me that the mugs had not even been put into production yet! He informed me I would receive a mug yesterday to approve. I received no mug and called to inform him, guess what no response! So your company has now had our money since the beginning of January and we have received nothing, apart from APPALLING customer service! VERY UNHAPPY”

I believe you have spoken to our manager about the situation and you should be receiving the products early next week. With regard to the pre-production sample there was a delay with the supplier, so although this was out of our hands we do apologise for not notifying you of the issue. If you have any more questions please get back in touch with the manager.

“We couldn't be more happy with the friendly, knowledgable and efficient service we received from Kyan at printed4you! “To be clear, I have found the staff at Printed4you to be friendly, flexible and helpful but their suppliers are very poor and work to low standards, which Printed4You see to be ok with. We ordered promotional sports bottles from them, a simple white printed logo on a black bottle. The bottle itself was cheap but actually perfect for what it was intended, we liked the quality and had the same bottle from them in white last year. But their factory used a cheap print on the black bottle and, in the cold light of day, you could almost see through it, it wasn't completely opaque. The factory defended the quality as "fine" and "acceptable" but we didn't agree. They haven't resolved the issue and we are stuck with 100 bottles which we can't sell and will be uncomfortable even giving away. We're going to switch to China for production of these promotional products from now on, you just can't rely on UK suppliers for quality. A disappointing experience.”

Hi, thanks for leaving positive comments regarding our staff, this will be passed on to them. Regarding the bottles we have been in touch with our supplier again and highlighted your concerns. After looking in to it further we are still unsure what more was expected from the bottles or why the complaint has been made. We would love to chat further about this issue.
