“Excellent customer service. Due to unexpected issues (not their fault) we had a bit of back and forth through email and over the phone. They were very friendly, keen to help and responsive. I would like to make a special mention of Account Manager, Leigh Walsh, quite probably the most cheerful person I have ever dealt with. I am extremely impressed with his attentiveness and professionalism. As for the pens, they're great and the logo looks clean. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Steve Lenton-Worthy helped me with my order. I had many fairly difficult requests and he managed to sort me out and replied within minutes every time. Really, really happy with the service I was provided and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.”

“Put the order in and then told China on holiday and would not get for weeks. Eventually came about 4 weeks later which is very poor service. Poor service all round.”

“Steve Worthy the Account Manager who handled my project could not have made it any easier. He helped me to pick the right materials for my project and maintained excellent communication all of the way through to final delivery to my doorstep. The final result was excellent and we are very happy with the final product. After dealing with other similar producers in my 20+ years experience within the jeans industry, I can highly recommend this company's product and ethic.”

“From initial contact Harry was very accommodating and supplied some samples so I could have a look at the options available. The quality of the samples was excellent and I decided to go ahead and order both tins of sweets and mints, everything was incredibly organised and efficient and I received regular communication. The order was processed quickly and I am delighted with the quality of the products received - we have already received some great customer feedback on them!
