“We’ve recently placed an order with Spencer for custom football shirt-shaped bottle openers for our company merchandise, and the experience has been great. Communication has been quick and clear throughout, and Spencer has been very helpful when we needed to make an amendment. “Marcus was great from start to finish. The product I originally requested was not available and Marcus provided me with an alternative which was actually better! The turn around was very quick and the product is better than I was expecting, lovely little trio of ceramic herb pots with a printed message for our employees. “Spencer has been a real blessing during the process of getting a mug sourced and my design for St Mary’s Hospital, wrapped around a lovely Windsor Bone China mug a reality. We think they will go down very well this summer at various ‘Friends of St Mary’s’ charitable fairs - so I thank him so much and hope soon there will be a reprint, as my teatowel has done x 4. 5 star certainly”
