“Poor customer service, dishonest account managers and they have no people skills. 2x mugs arrived damaged as they were just put in a box with no packaging! No wonder they were smashed. As a first time customer, really disappointed and will not be ordering again. Constantly had to chase them with my order. Excuses after excuses. I'd rather pay a bit more for what I ordered and cause my self less headache.”

“Very speedy customer service - the order was placed, printed and delivered in 3/4 working days (I had a tight 5 day turn around). The quality of the bags are good and the logo looks great. We will certainly be back for repeat orders. Thanks to Carlos and the team.”

“Grace Copestake, Tarmac I rang printed 4 as another supplier had let me down at the last minute and from the start Chris was more than happy to make sure he could fulfil the requirements of the order even on such short notice. He was very friendly and helpful and felt like nothing was too much trouble. My initial request was not possible but Chris found alternative options that were more than suitable and sorted the order out in one afternoon. The finished product arrived on time and is of excellent quality and proved very popular with the staff. I would definitely hope to use you again and thank you for such a great customer experience”

“I am really happy with the service and I really appreciate the time Chris took to check the artwork and all the different pens to find one on the budget I had. And even when I decided on the one I want, I needed them delivered asap for a meeting. I was very happy when I received them in the timescale agreed with Chris. Overall they did a really good job. Oh yes and the quality of the pens was much better than I expected.”
