“My account manager was: Anita Chauhan. She was absolutely excellent and some of the best customer service I have ever had. I gave her a very difficult task and very tight timelines and she worked with me step by step to make it happen and all was delivered on time. They were a few minor hiccups along the way but each one was solved pragmatically, efficiently and didn't impact on timelines or quality of the product. Anita, particularly seemed to genuinely care about the service that printed4you was providing and was great at keeping me informed of progress and managing my expectations! The product was amazing and exceeded my expectations! Overall they were excellent - I will use them again and recommend them to others! Thanks J”

“Really happy with the order we made, Sam Lane was helpful in getting the order done, making recommendations on an alternative product and checking the lead times on some of the products. The quality of the canvas bags we ordered were excellent.”

“Sam, who dealt with my order, was professional and nothing was too much trouble. He replied to my emails promptly and was able to turn around my order quickly. It arrived on time. I will definitely use Sam again to order promotional items. Thank you.”

“The prices were cheaper than other places and Steve our account manager reverted quickly to our emails and turned our order around rapidly for us which was great. We had an issue with the order and how it was dealt with didn't really impress me but I will know to check all the paperwork and ensure it is 150% correct next time before giving the go ahead.”
