“I would like to say I would have given 4.5* if I could. We changed our mind on a few things throughout the process and Sam was excellent at accommodating our needs and changes to the original quote. The only part of the process that could have been improved is originally I was sent a sample of a notebook rather than a diary and then the mock up artwork was of the incorrect diary. However Sam was very quick to rectify.”
