“After a bit of research these guys seemed to be the most cost-effective. Excellent customer service. Jamalle took care of everything and always responded quickly. I was really particular about the artwork and he made sure I was completely happy with everything before signing it off and then proceeded to turn around my order super quick, as I had a tight deadline. The pens arrived today as promised and look fabulous. 10/10”

“My request was not straightforward and I needed a fair bit of help to get to the end result. Scott Pickworth kept me well informed and advised me on the best way forward. Scott was very patient and helpful. Scott was happy for me to phone him and speak direct but I preferred to email my queries which Scott responded to very quickly indeed. Very happy with Scott's direction and help.”
