“The process was extremely smooth and the communication from Senior Account Manager Kyan McKenzie was excellent. Any concerns from the supplier's end were brought up and dealt with swiftly, which included Kyan printing us two different samples to show us the product before printing and delivery - which was super customer service and a great example of going the extra mile for the customer. He also matched a price which we appreciate as we are a charity and monitor our budget and expenditure with strict attention to detail.”

“We ordered eco notebooks with pens form printed4you. The notebooks are superb quality and the branding is bold, clear and brilliant. We were on a short time scale and Sam Lane provided an exceptional service, with Sam going out of his way to ensure our order arrived on time. Thanks!”

“Kyan (McKenzie) has been really helpful through my ordering process. He has been quick to respond to queries and has done a lot of work his end to ensure that my products arrived with the logos that I wanted and was able to assist when I didn't have the correct format for the logo. He has maintained a polite and professional manner throughout and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. I shall definitely be looking to use your company again for products for England Hockey. Thanks Kyan!”

“Boomerangs were as expected. Sam Lane provided good customer service and sorted any issues I had out promptly. Only issue was the printers did not book the delivery in with our fulfilment centre as requested, but it didn't seem to cause too many problems. Would order again from Printed4You.”

“I needed 340 flexi bottles in 3 working days. I put an online quote in on the Wednesday evening. Brett phoned me the Thursday morning to say they could do what I was asking and on the Monday I received the shipment. I couldn’t be happier.”

“Charity boxes ordered, dealt with by Brett Bunting. Brett very helpful, however, would have liked production to have been quicker as required them urgently but took 10 days before delivery. This was the second order of the same item since May so artwork was still available.”

“Kyan was our p.o.c and was nothing short of exceptional! This was a short notice request for sunglasses to have at our wedding and given the timeframe, we thought that our request was not possible. We were extremely pleased that Kyan allayed those doubts and ensured we received gifts for our guest with days to spare. A big thank you from Paul and Sarah to Kyan; we will definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thank you once again, Paul.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service we received from Brett. The order we placed was quite last minute and we needed it for a specific date and Brett was extremely accommodating and responded quick to my emails as he knew we were under a bit of a time crunch. Our order arrived earlier that we initially expected which was even better! Overall Brett was very helpful and I would not hesitate to contact him in the future for anything else we may need.”
