“From the first to the most recent email i have been speaking with Scott Pickworth. He was been most helpful in planning, designing, answering questions (I am totally clueless on design lingo!) and all round incredibly helpful and informative. Also loved how fast Scott is to reply to emails. Very refreshing! Pleasure to deal with and will be sure to reccommend the company. thank you Scott. Couldn't have done it without your guidance and help :)”

“Reece is very professional and goes above and beyond with his customer service. He has assisted in getting quotes over as quickly as possible and has always beaten competitor prices. If there is something we've needed as a customer, he's always done research to look into how he can get what we need and even if it can't be done with one supplier, he's been able to find another supplier who has been able to do it. He's also has been able to get our products out to our client's on time (unlike other promotional companies). I have a great confidence in how knowledgeable he is about products and is able to answer any questions I have. Reece is very experienced and an excellent asset to the team.”

“I asked for a quote and within minutes I was contacted by Reece who was extremely helpful, offering alternatives and providing comprehensive costs, clarifying use of colour and placement of logos etc. He wasn't pushy, just emailed me polite reminders as to whether I wished to proceed with my order or not. When I confirmed he immediately provided final proofs of the products with art work and offered me samples before I said yes, however I was satisfied and proceeded to order. Delivery was extremely prompt. Invoicing was set up efficiently and all details provided for our finance team to process. Reece made this process extremely painless, thank you!”
