“No problem with order good communication by email the package it came in was delivered ripped and open how the contents was not damaged I shall never know perhaps stronger padding envelopes should be used”

“The 3 books came in a timely manner, however, the font is so tiny and light that I cannot read easily. For over $50 I expected better quality. It looks like it was done on a computer printer. The binding was mediocre. I was not impressed.”

Hello We state in FAQ's we can only print in black and white.

Hello I have taken a look at the PDF, as we print in black and white your PDF had lots of colour images and diagrams and these do not always print well in black and white. We have not change the paper we print on so all I can say is if you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“Just received today. Been 3 weeks or so. Time wasn't a worry. Condition would be highest on the priority list. Could have been packaged much better. Use a box instead of soft envelope? At least rigid cardboard inside for damage prevention? Mine arrived a lil bent, torn and tattered like it had a very hard journey. If they are all shipped this way the fail rate has to pretty high. It is though just a service manual for a lawn mower. I've been working to bend the wires back to a usuable state and will trybto tape the tears. Had it been something of more significance the objection would be much greater.”

Hello I will resend the order The order was placed on the 2nd March and we posted first class on the 3rd March the delay is down to Royal mail. Who also sound like they did not take care in the delivery. .

Hello We do state in the FAQ's we only print in black and white. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter.

Hello You order an A5 size copy and yes this would of been beter in A4 size.

“I've ordered from Jeff before and the quality has always been good, this time; however, the back cover was not attached to the printed PDF so the raw paper page is exposed and prone to damage. Not a massive issue, but not ideal.”

“The page printing is fine, but the covers and binding are lightweight and not colour matched to the paper of the book. Fine if it was a reference manual for use in the workplace, not good as a 'book'. The advice is to go for spiral binding I suspect that is the better option.”

“The edges of my book aren't exactly straight and the cover sticks out past the pages so it won't stand upright on a bookshelf without bending the edges of the cover. Doesn't look as professional as I expected. I wouldn't have ordered this if there has been a photo of the product. Disappointed.”

Hello Do you mean A4 size as a full size copy? You ordered an A5 size this is half the size of A4.

“Delivery took a bit longer than advertised and print quality is largely OK, but the solid dark areas of some illustrations had visible 'stripes' on them, which are unsightly. Altogether, for the price, I'd say Acceptable but not more.”
