“There isn't much to say about printing a downloaded PDF, it either works or it doesn't. All the ones I've had done (c.6) have been excellently printed and bound. What more could one ask. I guess I'll have more in the future when the need arises.”

“This is a well produced book, however, for me the printing is too small and I need a magnifier. Hi the revised version has now been received and it is brilliant. I can now proceed with my camera. Many,many thanks to you. George Jackson”

I'm sorry you found it too small to read. We will re-send the manual printed twice the size, at no charge of course. I'm sure this will help.

“The binding was fine, but there was no attempt to make the text of a comfortable reading size, despite very large borders on all four sides of the pages. I cannot in good conscience recommend a service that is basically negligent of the use of its product when supplying a service.”

I'm sorry you weren't happy. Please be aware that the whole point about a PDF is "what you give us is what we print". We can't edit the files people upload. The customer has to prepare the file as they want it before they upload it to us. What we can do is print your file twice the size, that will make it easier for you to read. We cannot start trimming pages. Your file is 233 pages. This will be re-sent tomorrow.

“From uploading file to getting package back = 22 hours (document over 250pp). In one day, back the next. Very good service. Shame there will be no colour option as that would make it an unbeatable service.”
