“This Pentax K70 manual was just over 300 pages long so difficult to use as an essential reference in its PDF form. As ever a fast and efficient service and excellent hard copy. However,I would have liked the option to have a colour version printed though.”

“I recently ordered a Canon camera manual. The process was very easy and the service was good. However the finished product is a little disappointing! The quality of the paper and the binding is good but the printing is less so. There appears to have been little attempt to size the PDF document to the A5 format. There is a lot of white space around the document pages. Which means the text is too small for comfortable reading. It is clear enough but painfully small.”

Sorry you weren't happy. We offer a service where we print exactly what is in the PDF, and we "print to fill the page". We size the document as best we can. Unfortunately Canon put a lot of white space round some of their manuals, and there is nothing we can really do about that. We will re-send the manual printed twice the size, at no charge. I hope this will help.

“I cannot recommend print-my-pdf.com. They sent my document (which contained confidential information) to the wrong person (who admittedly had the same surname as me) and then initially advised the recipient to put my document in their recycling bin!”

Sorry to hear this. As you know this has been resolved. We got the copy sent in error to another Mr Wilson back and sent it to you. We made an honest mistake for which we apologised.

“This was a print of an existing volume advertised by yourselves - not something uploaded by me. It's a large book that ran to two volumes, but the split between the two was cretinously applied in the printing process - in the middle of one chapter - when anyone with any sense would have split at the division between two chapters & would have also have repeated the book-index at the start of the second volume; I'd have 'fixed' that myself by uploading a sensibly-edited version of the original PDF, had I realised that you'd got cretins at work!”

I'm sorry to hear this. Did you email your comments to the office? They will re-produce the manual for you tomorrow as per your suggestions. We usually do exactly what you say. It must have been overlooked in this case. Apologies.
