“Very happy with the copying and the binding. I only had one problem and that was the lower binding was damaged during shipping. The package was completely ripped across the bottom and I feel lucky the books were not lost at some point as they could easily have fallen out of the packaging. I honestly don't know how they managed to stay in the packaging. I'm not one to blame the vendor for shipping damage. So, I'm very happy with both books. Thank you very much!”

Sorry to hear this. You chose the size you wanted it printed, but we will re-send printed twice the size (at no charge). Of course the book should not have fallen apart. It sounds like it was damaged in the post.

“Update: The company reached out to me, fixed the mistake and sent me a new pdf within 20 minutes of me making a complaint. That's some outstanding service! Old Review: Instead of printing the document that I uploaded, I just got 200 pages of an error message printed and bound.”
