“I submitted a document to be printed by your company before realizing that what I really needed was a COLOR printed document. Your company honored it's satisfaction guarantee and refunded my money when I told them that I ordered a COLOR document from another firm. Thanks for being an HONORABLE company. Not all PDF printing companies are so inclined. If I ever need a black and white only document I will keep your company in mind.”

Sorry to hear this. We will look again and see if we can do anything. We do check every order that leaves us. Your document is mostly color pictures. As we make clear, our service is black and white only and is designed mostly for text.

You ordered the books to be printed in A5 size, which is half the size of 8.5 x 11. You were given the choice to select the larger size. Please contact us directly at hello@print-my-pdf.com. We are happy to reprint all the books at the larger size and credit you for the current order.

“I got my textbook printed because I prefer to read from a physical book than from a pdf. The printing quality is ok, but they added bleed to the pages, and since it was printed in A5 paper size, I can barely read any of the text. I tried to make it work, but my eyes and head started to hurt, so I had to put the printed book aside and read from the pdf.”
