“The text is very small and some of the screen shots cannot be read at all ( white print on black back-ground ). Also some of the print is black on grey back-ground. Disappointed.”

Sorry to hear you found some text hard to read. We will re-send printed twice the size( at no charge) and hope that will help.

“I recently ordered a Canon camera manual. The process was very easy and the service was good. However the finished product is a little disappointing! The quality of the paper and the binding is good but the printing is less so. There appears to have been little attempt to size the PDF document to the A5 format. There is a lot of white space around the document pages. Which means the text is too small for comfortable reading. It is clear enough but painfully small.”

Sorry you weren't happy. We offer a service where we print exactly what is in the PDF, and we "print to fill the page". We size the document as best we can. Unfortunately Canon put a lot of white space round some of their manuals, and there is nothing we can really do about that. We will re-send the manual printed twice the size, at no charge. I hope this will help.

“The service was fine, the book turned out great for the price, the only issue was it was supposed to be in color and was in b&w. Other than that, I would recommend the service.”

Sorry we only print in black and white. We make this as clear as we can. When you upload your file we convert it to black and white and show it to you.

Whether we print in landscape or portrait depends on the format of the original PDF. Which we have no control over I'm afraid. The Canon manual you uploaded is in the landscape format. We also prefer portrait format, but that is out of our hands.

“Jeff, You are cl;early doing something right, but most of us only need to use your services now and again, and really don't need reminders anything like as often as you are sending them. One other comment, which is that the last time I ordered a manual to be printed in A5, some of the text was so faint as to be difficult to read. I feel you should check for readability before sending out the finished item!”

Thanks so much for the feedback. It's really tricky to know how often to re-contact our customers. Most people actually thank us for the regular contact. And everyone can unsubscribe at any time, which means we can never contact them again. I will look at your order and see if we can print it any less faint. We do check all orders before they go out. “The book I had printed was exactly as I had hoped. However the constant barrage or of emails I've received in the months after making a purchase, despite me unsubscribing, means I won't be using their service again.”

Sorry to hear you didn't like hearing from us so often. You had not unsubscribed. If anyone unsubscribes it is physically impossible for us to ever email them again. I have now unsubscribed from our side so you will never receive another email from us.
