“I had a PDF colour and the print was black and white so not impressed as I paid a lot wait a lot to print something different from what I expected...Binding is poor too”

Hello I am sorry we can only print in black and white. we do state this in our FAQ'S Do you print in colour? No. We print in very high quality black and white. People who need a PDF printed by us do so primarily because they need to read the text in their document. The photos in the books that we produce are in black and white and are still of excellent quality. We supply bound books where the text is totally legible and all pictures will be very clear. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund. Regards Julie

“Excellent and very fast service. It was easy to upload the PDF. It was also worth paying the small amount to have the spiral binding so the manual lies flat when you are working with it. Quality work. Have used the sister company as well for camera manuals and I am sure I will use both again. Very pleased to recommend this service without hesitation.”

“I have used this service a few times now and been very pleased with the ultra fast service and good quality. It would be great in the future if there was to be a colour print version of this service as only printing B/W just took the edge off one of my lesson files I had printed, paying a little extra would be ok to get the added refinement in the printed book. The spiral binding as one of the choices is great for music books and pdf's as it lays perfectly flat on a music stand opened at any page.”

“Really good service, fast reply to emails, and they can print other language pdfs as well like Arabic, had problems with the perfect binding and they resent a spiral binding instantly, thank you. I wish if they can reduce the overall price of each booklet so I can turn many of the pdfs into booklets.”
