“Excellent service ... fast delivery. Just one very small suggestion to make the printed A5 books even better .... in addition to the stiff cardboard back cover ALSO add a transparent plastic sheet as is present at the front of the books. The Back cover is subject to more finger contact than the front and consequently will get damaged and marked more readily.”

“The font used in my print was medicine bottle sized. The print is useless to me because the font is so small you can't comfortably read it, and older people with declining eyesight can't read it at all.”

Hello We simply print what the customer uploads we do not alter the PDF in any way. Some times the original PDF would of been in A4 size but if A5 is selected for print you have to remember everything on A4 size has to shrink to fit on the A5 size. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“Delivery took a bit longer than advertised and print quality is largely OK, but the solid dark areas of some illustrations had visible 'stripes' on them, which are unsightly. Altogether, for the price, I'd say Acceptable but not more.”

Hello I have taken a look at the PDF and there are different types of text in varying shades of grey and these do not always print very well. Please return with a covering letter for a refund.
