“Wasn't told and it wasn't stated on their website that they print this in two separate parts , when I purchased it also never stated that they had just moved and only just set up so had to wait longer than advertised, no emails to keep me informed”

Hello I am sorry, Yes we had moved and were let down by the internet provider and so we could not send emails to our customers for a few days. We are back up and every thing is running as it used to.

“Very poor communication - I submitted an order to print 2 manuals on 5 June but they did not turn up. No one advised me that they had moved office on 6 June until my query. Still waiting and was advised that Royal Mail will commence their collection on 13 June. Very disappointed as it iwas my second time round using this firm. Will there now be a third time????”

“The PDF's are well printed and bound. The books arrived well wrapped and in good condition. It only took a few of days from order to delivery. It is cheaper and much easier than trying to print it out yourself. The manual I needed was 960 pages long so much easier to to do it this way.”
