“Hi, I ordered a perfect binded print of my PDF, and a ring binder version turned up, so not a great start. I then asked via email, if you would send a perfect version to which the response was yes, but then I didnt hear anything back from you despite repeated emails etc, etc. I dont want this to be a public review, but i would like someone to look into this. Order No: 23001059W”

“An excellent reproduction of 198 pages of instructions which would have been extremely expensive to print at home. The only problem was that the binder rings got a bit squashed in the post so if I need to do it again I would consider a different form of binding.”
