Hello You placed an order for a A5 size book and this is what we sent. We state in the FAQ's the following What size will my document be printed? You can choose the print size after uploading your PDF. We offer two options: A5 size (5.8 in x 8.3 in or 148 mm x 210 mm) - Our most popular choice. Compact, portable and easy to carry. A4 size (8.3 in x 11.7 in or 210 mm x 297 mm) - Twice the size of A5. Larger pages for easier reading, ideal for reference documents. All documents are printed double-sided as standard. Please note that we do not resize, scale or edit your PDF. We print each page exactly as it appears in your file.

“The camera manul I requsted was printed out very clearly and quickly. It uses ring bindinhg which aloows the pages to be oppend fully. Very good service.”

“It was easy to go online and download the user guide for my new printer, and then send it to you for printing. The print quality and spiral binding look great. One thing I didn't realize was that you are in the UK and not the US, but there was no difference in service. The manual arrived in the mail very shortly after ordering.”

“I sadly did not go excellent as when ordering I could not switch to A4 and I did request for the pages t be one sided and sadly they are not. Everything else wa user friendly and communication was great.”

“Really easy to order but I'm disappointed my order hasn't been delivered to me after 7 days. However, I do realise it was been New Year & that there have been extra days holiday. Hopefully my order will arrive tomorrow.”

“Thank you for promptly printing my OM-3 camera manual. Unfortunately I cannot give you 5 stars because the plastic cover was bent over at the top right hand corner on Part 2. It doesn't stop me being able to use it, but for something brand new it is a disappointment, particularly as the last time I had a different manual printed half the pages were inserted upside down and therefore back to front. You need to get a better quality control. The plastic cover is damaged most likely from being shoved into the posting envelope without much care. I have only used your company on these two occasions.”
