“I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service. My only problem was that some of the print was too small to easily read. It never occurred to me that that would be a problem.”

“Ordering process quite straight forward filled in the options as I required them. Received in time stated. Only trouble I received ring bound after stating perfect. The invoice even said perfect so sorry although I have decided to accept the order disappointed that was incorrect.”

I have checked the order and I'm afraid you ordered perfect binding rather than spiral binding. This is quite clearly on the order
