“So simple to choose you new plate .. pay and before you know it the new plate is on your car ! They take care of everything if you pay the small fee for then to do the transfer . “First time ordering a private plate, and also the first time using this company. I ordered my private Reg, inc 3D gel plates on the 14th of April. And my plates were delivered on the 21st. I also received a transfer pack, so I could send my old V5C logbook, which included a free post envelope. All in all everything was completed by the 25th of April. I got a text message on the 25th by Primo to let me know that I could put my plates on my car. However I did not put them on until the 28th, as I had to wait for my V5C, so that my parking permit could be authorised for my new plates. My V5C only took 3 days to arrive. The whole process could have been quicker, but the Easter bank holiday delayed my delivery. I opted for the transfer service, which really made a whole lot of difference. Excellent service!! with no complications.”

“I decided to treat myself to a private number plate after seeing Primo reg plates on Facebook. Had a look through some of the plates, had an idea what I wanted , found the one for me , didn’t cost any where near what I thought it would. After choosing the plate let primo do all the work with the transfer. It was quick and easy, could not be more pleased with the service. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a private plate... Thank you so much .”
