“Found the perfect registration plate for a present for my Dad on Primo Registrations. The process was quick and simple to purchase. I got a confirmation text and email straight away after payment. After a little while I hadn’t received the documentation in the post but Primo did contact me to apologise for the delay because of the postal service and it being a bit slower than normal and that the paperwork had been sent and was on its way to me. It did then arrive promptly afterwards. Great service, would recommend.”

“Found this company quite rude, customer service is not the best, day of purchase I called about 5 mins after they opened just to confirm I did everything right as I have severe anxiety, the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude telling me how they’ve only just opened and gave me the impression that I shouldn’t be calling when they’re open to ask a query about my order. Due to this I was then uncomfortable calling them. I was then messaging them via my order screen and again I found them quite and came across quite aggy, my query was not answered. I would not recommend this company although they did what they said they would if your asking simple questions, DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY there customer service is appalling!! As a first time private registration buyer, I will definitely NOT be buying with this company again regardless of their price! Customer service is number ONE. To this company your money is number one.”
