“Was amazed how quick my number plates arrived and how easy the whole process was. Primo took care of everything. Would definitely recommend”

“I purchased a new number for my son for his birthday. The process was extremely easy for the purchase and receipt of documentation. I also purchased the assistance to transfer the number onto his vehicle. Once I had all the appropriate documentation in place I emailed copies across. Twenty minutes later I received an email confirming transfer had taken place. An excellent service provided by Primo from start to finish.”

“Definitely would recommend, initially looked at a plate to price it up and had it in my basket. Got a call a day or two later from Primo just asking about my order and I explained it might not be the right time, I was just curious but they answered a few of my questions that I had for when I did get round to purchasing. Later in the week I ended up searching and found a plate even more suiting than the initial one I found for the same price. I purchased the plate on a weekend and paid for the managed service. Very happy with the service, kept updated via text throughout and got the plates delivered on standard delivery within 3 working days which I'm very impressed with. It took 1 week for the whole process from purchasing to getting the text that I could fit the plates, I didn't have to do anything other than fit them and inform my insurance. One thing I would check before you purchase the fitting kits is check whether your current plate has screws. If you have screw in plates you can just use your old plates as a template and drill the holes in. The kit is for plates that aren't screwed in but glued/taped on. Definitely would recommend, already mentioned to friends and family. 5*”
