“bought 2 plates (£1000 +) ....1 for a family member as a surprise present !!!...typo error on my part but was charged £ 50 (admin charges) for changing names ????? Took money ....took 1 min to change ....and told me ....all good to go !!!! WTF”

“A very slick and smooth transfer operation that would have been even quicker if we'd been able to find the V5C document but that was our fault not Primo Registrations. Once that was sorted everything went through very quickly, everything was dealt with by Primo with no worry for us. Great work, thank you.”
