“Why promo ? This is the 3rd private plate I’ve got from promo because they are cheaper than most , fast and hassle free.”

“Website easy to use. If you want to speak to someone they actually answer the phone! Maria very helpful. The process is far faster than I expected. The process was very simple and easy to follow. Most importantly I was apprehensive about changing my registration number but with Primo it was so easy, I might get one for my car as well!”

“Opted for the full service, DVLA informed & V5c sorted hassle free, unfortunately the Wrong plates arrived! (surely this should’ve been checked before dispatch?) As it was a weekend replacement was sent out the next working day delaying our holiday!! Would I use them again? Yes, I would, but I wouldn’t Order before I go on holiday again!!”

The process was straightforward; after we ordered online, I upoaded my ID, and was then sent the plates.
