“For someone whose never had personalised plates I had a few questions along the way and felt that I was annoying the team by asking. The plates were purchased by my partners card but everything was addressed to her and not me though specified that I was the owner of the plates and car...even now when submitting it says submit as miss a who is my partner!! Infuriating!!”
