“The process was easy, we received the plates quickly, however after three weeks of no contact we had to ring to ask where our transfer pack was as we thought this was coming separately. Turns out it was tucked away at the bottom of the package with the plates! Good job we rang. No one followed up. We then sent off and again everything was then sorted quickly and easily.”

The only downside I had was when I had reason to call Primo about my order, the chap I spoke to who answered the phone was a bit offish & was not very helpful at all.
