“The mask I received is a cheap version of an NHS mask I had a few years ago. It was uncomfortable and leaked on the first night so I went back to a worn out mask and got one from NHS. Yours was a waste of money. Also it wasn't as advertised. No forehead headgear so the top straps hurt my cheeks”

“I had one given to me as part of a trial when I was first diagnosed with NSIP a few years ago. Sadly it stopped working so I was keen to source a replacement. Friendly voice when I rang to enquire about placing an order, so much better than "all of our operators are currently busy" and "your call is important to us"! The spirometer and app were extremely easy to set up.”

“Website said item was in stock, I needed it as soon as possible so requested next day delivery. Other items arrived but the main one (blood pressure machine) didn’t arrive. When I contacted the team was forwarded an email (which I never originally received) saying the item was out of stock and would be sent after 2 weeks. Disappointed.”
