“Website said item was in stock, I needed it as soon as possible so requested next day delivery. Other items arrived but the main one (blood pressure machine) didn’t arrive. When I contacted the team was forwarded an email (which I never originally received) saying the item was out of stock and would be sent after 2 weeks. Disappointed.”

“Order was delivered not to me and miles away from the delivery address. I asked you to intervene with couriers but the first thing I get from you is write the review. The courier left the order with someone else miles away and I cannot even raise a complaint becuse you have to do it on my behalf.”
