“Website said item was in stock, I needed it as soon as possible so requested next day delivery. Other items arrived but the main one (blood pressure machine) didn’t arrive. When I contacted the team was forwarded an email (which I never originally received) saying the item was out of stock and would be sent after 2 weeks. Disappointed.”

“Order was delivered not to me and miles away from the delivery address. I asked you to intervene with couriers but the first thing I get from you is write the review. The courier left the order with someone else miles away and I cannot even raise a complaint becuse you have to do it on my behalf.”

“Have now ordered a couple of times for Primary Care Supplies and each time I needed it quite urgently. I have dealt with Sophie each time and she has been brilliant! “I was very happy with the price and the otoscope. I was disappointed that, despite showing as in stock on the website, I actually had to wait a few weeks for it to be available. However, I was promptly informed of the issue and given the option of a refund or changing to a different colour. In the end I chose to wait and delivery was very prompt once in stock. Maybe review the process for ensuring the website matches actual stock levels please?”
