“Order was delivered not to me and miles away from the delivery address. I asked you to intervene with couriers but the first thing I get from you is write the review. The courier left the order with someone else miles away and I cannot even raise a complaint becuse you have to do it on my behalf.”

“Have now ordered a couple of times for Primary Care Supplies and each time I needed it quite urgently. I have dealt with Sophie each time and she has been brilliant! An amazingly quick and efficient service I have received my items without a hitch. Sophie has been superb with her communication and efficiency. “Item ordered was listed on the website as Back Order but we received a communication on day of order from Sophie advising of the lead time for the item and regular updates regarding item arrival in warehouse and dispatch which was all ahead of extimated time. “I was very happy with the price and the otoscope. I was disappointed that, despite showing as in stock on the website, I actually had to wait a few weeks for it to be available. However, I was promptly informed of the issue and given the option of a refund or changing to a different colour. In the end I chose to wait and delivery was very prompt once in stock. Maybe review the process for ensuring the website matches actual stock levels please?”
