The mark of a good business is what they do when things go wrong. Ordered defibrillator pads but the package was lost by DPD. Contacted the company who returned to me very quickly to apologise and advise that they had sent out a replacement which arrived less than 24 hours later.
Also strike me as very nice people to deal with too.
